A consultant calls everyone who applies within one working day. If a role isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you why and suggest others.

Yes. Your consultant will go through your CV with you, and every branch runs free CV and interview workshops each month.

Of course. Call or visit your nearest branch and we’ll write one together. It takes about twenty minutes.

Yes, apply for as many as you like. Your consultant keeps track of them all, so you’ll only be asked for your details once.

We pay every Friday for the hours you worked the previous week, as long as your timesheet is approved by 10am on Monday.

Yes. Holiday pay builds up from your first shift, and you can see your balance and book time off in the app.

For most roles you can pick shifts that suit you in the app. Some longer assignments have a fixed pattern, which we’ll explain before you start.

Never. It costs nothing to register or work with PeopleForward.

Most sites record your hours automatically. Where they don’t, send them in the PeopleForward app and they’ll be approved by your site. Hours approved by 10am on Monday are paid that Friday.

If you’re 22 or over and earn more than £10,000 a year with us, we enrol you in our workplace pension automatically. You can opt out at any time.

Often, yes. Two in five of our temporary workers are offered a permanent role, and your consultant handles the move for you.

For temporary roles we usually confirm workers within 48 hours. Permanent shortlists take around ten working days.

We have 14 branches across England, Scotland and Wales, and can support multi-site clients nationally.

Every candidate has an interview, right-to-work and identity checks and references. Sector-specific checks — such as DBS, CSCS or licences — are added where the role needs them.

Temporary staff are charged at an hourly rate that includes pay, holiday pay and our margin. Permanent recruitment is a one-off fee, payable only when your hire starts.

No. We supply one person for a single shift as readily as a team of 300 for peak season.

Tell your consultant and we’ll replace them, usually by the next shift, at no extra cost.

Yes. If a new hire leaves within 12 weeks, we refund part of the fee or find a replacement free of charge.

Only to find you work, and to employ and pay you when you work through us. We never sell your details. Our privacy notice explains everything we keep and why.

Only with your permission. We always tell you the employer and the role before your CV goes anywhere.

Change them in the PeopleForward app or ask your consultant. Keeping your phone number and bank details up to date means shift offers and pay reach you.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert, or change your preferences in the app. It takes effect straight away.

Yes. Email privacy@envato.com or tell your consultant, and we’ll delete your details within 30 days, apart from the records we must keep by law, such as payroll.
